Until I come up with something better, I would suggest the following Android Apps: aCar and FuelLog. Both offer MpG and Expense tracking, but aCar includes Services. I chose the Free version of each App, and was happy with both. I now only use aCar, and paid the donation to get the extra features.
I also use Gas Buddy and Trapster.
